Learn Self-Suspension

Self-suspension is the art of tying oneself with ropes and suspending in the air, combining elements of shibari (Japanese rope bondage) and aerial movement. For many, it's a practice of self-expression, physical challenge, and connection with the ropes. Unlike other aerial apparatus, self-suspension requires not only strength and creativity but also the skill to create your own points of support, making it an intricate and highly personal practice.

What sets self-suspension apart is its dual nature—it's both a technical skill and a deeply introspective experience. The act of tying becomes a dialogue between your body and the ropes, where pain and tension are transformed into art and movement. Self-suspension invites you to explore balance, minimalism, and the beauty of simplicity while embracing the challenge of control and trust in your own abilities.
